I don't do deep sky photography. One, I don't have the skill. Two, it is too expensive and Three, it is too time consuming. Even with todays advanced digital equipment and clock drive mounts that have GPS set-ups still take most of the night to gather enough information to result in the beautiful displays of deep sky objects like Nebula, Galaxys' and Star Clusters. So, I enjoy some wide field photogaphy that isn't quite as involved and a simple clock drive mount will do the trick.
